- As an investigator, specialize in assisting law offices with Corporate Internal Investigations on behalf of clients facing allegations of potential wrongdoing, with an emphasis on companies charged with, or believed to be amendable to, civil and/or criminal violations of federal workplace laws.
- Provide Law Offices with Litigation Support, Trial Preparation, and Due Diligence Investigations for Civil, Criminal, and Administrative cases, applying unique investigative resourcefulness and institutional knowledge derived from 33 years experience as an Immigration Officer and DHS/HSI special agent and criminal investigator.
- Provide Expert Witness Testimony in Federal, State, Municipal, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court), and the Office of Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO). Expert advice in I-9 Workplace Compliance Issues, Complex Immigration Investigations, and Counterfeit Documents in Civil, Criminal, or Administrative Litigation.
- Assist Law Offices, Companies, and Businesses with I-9 Worksite Compliance Assessments, Audits, Compliance Reviews, and Training in the detection and identification of counterfeit identity and work eligibility documents.
